FAQ
How far is the hotel in Mecca from the Kabaah?
  • It is 3 miles.
What about transportation from the hotel to the Kabaah?
  • There is a free shuttle bus every 30 minutes from the hotel to the Haram and back.
Why is the hotel so far from the Kabaah?
  • The hotels near the Haram are very crowded during Hajj, leading to lower service level, and cost at least $1,000 USD extra. Also due to Arafat and Mina visits, and you would only use the hotel for two days (the 6th and 7th) because we will go to Mina on the 8th. In the best interest of our customers, we do not believe the added cost is worth it just to avoid a 30-minute round trip twice a day for those two days (Fajr and Maghreb).
Where are we staying in Mina?
  • In air-conditioned tents.
Are any meals provided in Mina?
  • Yes, you will be provided 3 meals daily and free snacks/drinks (coffee, tea, juice, water) throughout the day (24 hours).
How far are the tents in Mina from the Jamarat?
  • About 2 miles.
Why are the tents so far from Jamarat?
  • Similar to the hotel situation, tents closer to Jamarat are much more crowded, at least $500 USD extra cost, and you would only be making one trip per day on the 2nd and 3rd. The tents we have reserved are more spacious and provide better service.
Will I have any incidental expenses in Saudi Arabia?
  • As advertised, you will have no expenses! All food and transportation is included. However, you will be responsible for Zabeehah and souvenir purchases for your family/friends.
What makes your tour unique?
  • Our hotel in Mecca is booked for the full 10 days, so that you can leave your luggage in our room and use it any time, even while in Mina. Many other tour companies require guests to move between hotel rooms and apartments throughout the trip. After you finish Manasik, we will take a VIP bus to the holy Madinah and fly back from Madinah airport, to avoid an unnecessary 6 hour trip back to Jeddah airport.
